2TRUE CHEEK 'N' LIP TINT "ROSE" N 'BLUSH PINK' SWATCHES/ REVIEW

Tints have been increasing their presence in the cosmetics industry recently, whether it be for the cheeks, lips, or for both the 'just bitten' look is popping up all around the globe. This type of lip or cheek product is an excellent choice for hot summer days.  Tint is a cosmetic product applied to the lips or cheek to give them color, often without much gloss or shine included. Generally, the tint is applied to bare skin, and the color will slightly stain the skin leaving it natural look.

WELL! Its now my 2nd post regarding cosmetics , this obviously shows how much I m a fond of make-up .**P.S I love no-makeup makeup look**.

2 True Cosmetics, recently released their 2 in 1 Cheek and Lip Tint available in two shades - 'Rose' and 'Blush Pink'.

The bottles comes in a standard 10ml size  a small jar which has a similar style to the  Nail Polishes which I really love as its great for easy storage . The packaging is very lightweight so a best product for travelers . you have to Twist of the lid to reveal a small brush applicator, the brush is very small and skinny .The brush also resembles a nail polish brush, however I do find it is a bit thin sized but It's great for retaining the product so you don't end up sweeping too much onto the cheek and wasting it... It deposits product well on the lips but I prefer to apply the tint to my cheeks with a finger  rather than the brush in the pot.
The product lasts a generous six months to a year depending on the use,  as it is applied in a small amount  (less than a pea size amount).

The formulation of shade ”blush pink” is quite thick and paste-like, and blends extremely well .
It's thicker than other lip and cheek tints and stains i've tried, seeming more like a runny cream, but it works in much the same way. While the colour might look a bit scary in the swatch if you only use a tiny dot it applies as a sheer, clean wash of pink but it's buildable so if you're like me and want fluorescent cheeks you can achieve it on your skin.
Be sure to blend quick as the tint begins to stain the skin immediately on application.
In the bottle the shade looks quite literally fluorescent pink of shade blush pink , it is quite daunting at first but I'd say stick with it because once you use a small amount and blend it out it transforms into a gorgeous poppy pink shade with a matte, smooth and Sheeree finish (it doesn’t leave your skin oily even after 6 hours). You can build the colour if you want more of a 'pop' but I find one application on either the lips or cheeks is more than enough even on my fair skin.

The formulation of shade” rose “ is pretty runny type of consistency .
Shade “rose” claims to be rose tinted, and with that it is also rose scented – it does have a gorgeous floral scent that makes it a lot more inviting. I will admit it does taste slightly perfumed, but as there is such a small applicator brush and as the colour is so strong there isn't a lot of need for colour so the perfume isn't overpowering.
To apply, you need to draw three 'cats whiskers' on  the apples of your cheeks one at a time, and blend quickly (It is a stain, and you wouldn't want it to stay that way! the only thing is you have to make sure you blend it out quickly as it will dry and look streaky.). Then apply more product onto your lips and either blend with the brush or with your finger. This should achieve a rosy glow to your cheeks and lips, and about as natural as you can get without going completely make-up free!
it's quite a nice natural flush of colour, more of a dark pink than a red as it appears in the bottle.

I did find that it did dry my lips slightly so I had to put extra moisturizing balm over the top some times on lips, but I found the colour to be longlasted on both my cheeks and lips (It was put the test by me frequently drinking, eating and licking my lips!)
The Cheek n Lip Tint wears for around 3-6 hours on the lips and cheeks before it begins to fade, I am also pleased to report the formula is transfer resistant and didn't stain anything pink whilst I was wearing it on my face or lips (do be careful with the product itself though and wash your hands after use).

How to apply to cheeks

Dot on cheeks and then use finger tips or blush on brush to blend (I would prefer finger)

How to apply to lips

Dot on lips and blend with finger tips

Where to buy from?

I got mine from just4girls.pk for rs 600 / bottle .. I got 2 bottle so it was of 1200rs for both the shades.

NEON IS BACK !

If we take even a quick glance at the Spring 2013 runways, there is an  undeniable presence of neon  glowingly around. The highlighter colors have evolved this season into accessories, beauty products and outerwear.

There are the T-shirts, colored jeans, shoes , formal sandals in the stores .
Designers and brands  such as hsy, Deepak parwani, ego, change, stylo , English boot house Regal , Sulahfa and many more  , infact cosmetic brands like O.P.I, Revlon, glamourous face, many other nail colors brands features highlighter hues in designs for the season.

Marking an undeniable comeback for neon, advertising campaigns are nodding at the trend in makeup and lighting. This super bright color family isn’t new to fashion, but it is back with fresh sense of wearability.

Now, neon is back—but in a much more subtle context. This bright trend is best enjoyed in small doses: think hot-pink nail polish, a bold yellow belt or a neon-green clutch. And make sure to save these pieces—in 2030, neon should be back

MUA INTENSE KISSES LIPGLOSS review/swatch

MUA INTENSE KISSES LIPGLOSS   review/swatch

sealed with a kiss and quick kiss

I have a gorgeous lipgloss to share with you from MUA. Intense Kisses is sealed with a kiss and quick kiss in a high-intensity gloss which comes in a wide range of bold colors to choose from <3

 In
the pretty sleek looking packaging we have a very decent 5.1ml of product, that can be applied with a pretty standard doe-foot applicator. But all of this means nothing if there isn't some beautiful colours to pick up! But our luck is in as there is only  8 beautiful shades to choose from!

If like me you're a hater of sticky lipglosses, you'll be pleased to hear that there's not
even a hint of it in these lipglosses. What there is though is a heavy dose of  pigmentation! I won't go quite as far as to say these are opaque, but they sure to pack a punch with some visible colour! The product does have a vanilla scent to it, I personally like it, but I'm sure there will be those that won't! As for longevity, I get around 3 hours wear from it, which I'm pretty happy with all else considered

&nbspeveryday colour, but with a slight bit of depth to it. It's not a shade I'd usually go for, being rather light to medium brabie toned pinks with red tones running through it. But actually I really like the colour and perhaps need to be a little more open minded colourwise! As for the finish, nice and glossy, without a speck of shimmer in sight!

Okay now goods and not so good point :P

The Good:
-highly pigmented-nice sheer-y effect after application

-sweet smelled like vanilla

-not too thick or sticky

-looks natural on lips-best for natural / formal night looks-hydrating

-if you love the tinted type of gloss

-if you do not want shimmer and glitter chunks in your gloss

The Not So Good:

-some may not like the smell as choices vary.

-some may not like the sheer-y thing again as choices vary.

-you want a gloss full of glitter and shimmer chunks

-if  you do not like the application to be un-even.

-if you are ingredient conscious (which is not mentioned on the bottle or package)

Would i purchase Again?
yes!! as i like them for parties in evening <3

MUA SHEER FINISH LIPGLOSS review/swatch

MUA SHEER FINISH LIPGLOSS   review/swatch

SHADES: JUT IN CASE, HAPPY DAYS AND TOO MUCH FUN

I will be talking about the lip products I am recently am a fond of . I have quite a nice little collection of  lip products as i m a much glossy person<3, here  are the most recent items I have in my vanity! including the newest lip products from MUA! and I will be sharing my thoughts on some of them with you all... with swatches, of course!

i m recently having all eight shades of MUA sheer finish lipgloss and i am in love with them <3

i will be swatching and reviewing three of them i-e :
happy days, too much fun and just in case .

ps: picture is taken in the natural light

As the name indicates sheer finish , so yes they really are! These are super pigmented very hydrating  and very sheer gloss which comes in a 15ml squeezable  tube with plastic applicator . not to mention easy to apply they are because of the applicator .
These shades suits all skin type and color. Not a single shade is made for fair complexion-ed or dark toned girl. All shades suits all color toned people <3
These 3 shades are infact all 8 shades are really natural and neutral shades. after applying it just gives a sheer-y look with a hint of added color. It smells really nice like vanilla ice-cream and is tasteless.
The tube may show up the very tiny glitter particles but on the lips it is nothing like glittery .Stay on power is not extreamly strong  it may last for about 3 hours but its cheap so it doesn't matters much.
The lips dont need to be primed before any application and thats the best part <3
The range is best for natural look or for daily office university or college going girls who don't like to look over-done or prominently done make-up look(yeah like me! ):P

left to right: too much fun, just incase,   happy days
(picture is taken in natural light)

as you can see that how much sheer it gives with a pretty smooth and perfect luscious finish with just an added hint of color.

On my lips it looks  almost like this, not exactly i would say becausethey all seems to be same but they are definitely not!!
Happy days is like very neutral shades like it may look more like transparent more , you may say that its much like your natural lips just with an added sheer nothing else.
Just incase is more like flushed lips with a rosy hint more like pink-ish with is very natural and looks nice if applied in the afternoon or morning <3
Too Much Fun in the picture seems to be as just incase but they both are different . Too much fun is more darker as compare to Just incase as Just incase gives flushed rosy lips and Too much fun gives a hint of red more likely!

The Good:
-cheap
-highly pigmented
-nice sheer-y after application
-15ml in quiet low budget
-sweet smelled
-not too thick or sticky
-looks natural on lips
-best for natural day and night looks
-hydrating

The Not So Good:
-some may not like the smell as choices vary.
-some may not like the sheer-y thing again as choices vary.
-cant wear on windy day with open hair

Would i purchase Again?

Definitely yes!! as i love them <3
